We stand in for the success of iCarYou. Money is needed for technical
development and marketing of iCarYou in order to ensure enough participants
will sign up. You can participate in iCarYou through purchasing
Participation Contracts. A Participation Contract costs just € 25, -
per piece and is a loan to iCarYou. If successful, iCarYou will pay back
your loan plus a return of 30% to 100% (of the nominal amount), depending
on the number of the participation contract.
Once iCarYou makes profit, 30% of the profit before tax will be used to
buy back the Participation contracts issued. Participating in this way
will also bring risks with it. It may be that it takes long for iCarYou
to become profitable and before buy back can begin. It may even be that
iCarYou will not be successful at all, then, your investment is lost.
Issuance of contracts is limited to a total of 12000 units.
However, we believe in a much greater chance to earn a good return on
the participation contracts. Take the current traffic jam, for instance,
and fuel prices are still rising. Next to that the government is preparing
for the road charging which makes it even more attractive to travel
together and sharing a ride. In short, join our initiative with buying

acquaintances to sign up to the iCarYou network.
